Did a little research to buy remote radio triggers for my Nikon D3100 camera and Nikon SB600 flash. There are many models out there, some for substantial costs. I am a pure amateur and was not just looking for lowest cost, but the most effective solution for my budget. Saw these and took a chance. I have snapped about 500 pix with them and they have worked every time. Shot everything from water drop shots to smoke and simple off camera flash. The units are lightweight, easy to setup, reliable and simple in operation. this buy included 1 transmitter and 2 receivers. I had planned to buy a 2nd flash but got more lenses instead. Having the two receivers is nice because I have one attached to the base of the SB600 for standing on tables and shelves. The other receiver is attached to a spare tripod base, so my tripod functions as a light stand for off camera flash when shooting handheld. I used it recently to side light flowers on a cloudy day. With a really fast prime lens this technique works well.

Only quirk is that if you pause for a while between shots the flash goes to sleep and the first fire command from transmitter will just wake up receiver, not fire flash. no big deal, just push button on top of transmitter to wake up flash before exposure. Overall this is good system for an amateur at a low price point. as always Amazon delivered on time and in good shape – no problems with Amazon order system for 5 years running.
