Mandarin Oriental Riviera Maya Offers Padi Scuba Certification With its 'Submerged in Riviera Maya' Program

Mandarin Oriental Riviera Maya, in conjunction with Underwater Expeditions is offering scuba diving vacations where guests can receive their PADI certification while enjoying a luxury retreat at the resort. Expert scuba guides will introduce guests to an amazingly plentiful marine world in the warm, pristine waters of the Caribbean Sea for a memorable scuba experience.

The Submerged in Riviera Maya program begins with class and pool instruction at the resort followed by four exciting dives. Scuba instructors from Underwater Expeditions will take guests by boat from the resort to nearby colorful reefs to see rays, angel fish, parrot fish, blue tang, occasionally turtles and much more. The first two dives are typically to 40 foot depth range and the final two dives to 60 feet.
